The electric lifting nitrogen evaporator utilizes purge and trap technology and allows for controlled heating of samples. It uses inert gases such as nitrogen to rapidly, controllably, and continuously blow onto the sample surface, achieving rapid, oxygen-free concentration of sample solutions. This method is time-saving, convenient, and accurate. It is widely used in fields such as food safety, pharmaceuticals, pesticide residue detection, and clinical pharmacokinetics.
1. Features a 7-inch large LCD touch screen for controlling functions such as heating, lighting, automatic water replenishment/drainage, automatic lifting, and timing.
2. Utilizes water bath heating and nitrogen gas blowing onto the sample surface to achieve rapid concentration.
3. Sample capacity is selectable between 12 and 24 positions, and the sample tray has built-in digital labeling.
4. Sample tube size: 10-29mm test tubes, centrifuge tubes, and conical flasks; sample volume: 1-50ml.
5. New semiconductor ceramic heating material prevents dry burning.
6. The sample rack and gas purging system rotate 360° simultaneously without blind spots, facilitating sample loading and unloading.
7. The gas purging plate is electrically controlled via the touch screen, allowing for both incremental and one-touch lifting and lowering, with intelligent limit control.
8. The gas purging needles can be independently raised and lowered; standard needles feature a digital adjustment valve for more precise and efficient gas flow control.
9. Built-in automatic pressure reducing device (1mpa) prevents damage to the gas path and fine-tuning valve due to excessive inlet pressure.
10. The gas guide needles are 100mm long, made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, and feature a quick-change design for easy replacement as needed.
11. Built-in lighting function allows for observation of the concentration process without interrupting heating and nitrogen purging.
12. The water bath tank has leakage protection and overheating protection functions to prevent electrical leakage and dry burning.
